\ Self introduction /
From Tokushima Prefecture
Aga:44
After studying abroad in the United States, I started my career in the apparel industry before becoming independent.
Since then, I have been involved in revitalizing local businesses and working on projects to address regional issues.
Following the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011, I spent five years leading recovery support projects in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture.
Since 2016, I have been based in Tokushima, where I promote community development, build cooperative relationships, and establish long-term regional partnerships.
In 2023, I established a general incorporated association, and while managing university-industry collaboration projects with Tokushima University, I continue to engage in new forms of community building rooted in the connections I have cultivated over the years.
\ My past travel experiences /
In my twenties, I studied abroad in the United States.
While working in the apparel industry, I had the opportunity to visit various countries in Europe, as well as Africa, Asia, and even Antarctica through both study and business.
I’ve worked on business revitalization and regional issue-solving projects in all 47 prefectures of Japan—so you could say I’ve “conquered” the entire country!
\ How I Spend My Time in Tokushima /
I spend my days connecting with the unique history, culture, climate, and deeply rooted people, crafts, and traditions of Tokushima.
Through daily life, I engage with the local wisdom and character that make this region so special.
\ About My Current Work /
In 2023, I established a general incorporated association.
I currently serve as the dormitory director at Kamiyama Marugoto College of Design, Engineering and Entrepreneurship, while also managing university-industry collaboration projects with Tokushima University.
Drawing on the relationships and experiences I’ve cultivated over the years, I’m engaged in building new forms of community and regional development.
